To control the quality of our products and meet market demand, we are now conducting quality control from the following aspects:


STEP1

In the early stage of quality control, based on market order demand and customer requirements, we adopt advanced IPD development processes to ensure the quality of product design in the early stage

1. Four main processes (core processes) - strategic management process, market management process, product development process, technology development and platform development process

2. The four main supporting systems are quality management, project management, performance management, and cost management

3. Four cross departmental teams

A. Integrated Portfolio Management Team (IPMT)

B. PMT (Portfolio Management Team)

C. Product Development Team (PDT)

D. TDT (Technology Development Team)

4. An efficient integrated development team ensures the effectiveness of our quality control in the early stages of development. 




STEP2


Process quality control focuses mainly on the process of product realization and effectively monitors the entire process of product realization

Monitoring of process inputs - ensuring input quality, being sufficient, correct, and effective, such as; QC report, IQPC report, 



2. Monitoring of each process - statistical management of key process parameters to ensure sufficient process capability and controlled processes

Process output monitoring - inspecting process products to determine if the process is stable and if the product meets specified requirements

Process Feed Back - Check whether the process has the ability to self improve and has a feedback mechanism for rapid alarm in case of abnormalities. 




STEP3

Raw material control, downstream supplier quality control and supervision are also the focus of our company's product quality assurance

A. IQC also needs to track and handle quality issues discovered during the inspection process, as well as major material quality issues reported by production and market feedback, and establish preventive measures within IQC. 



B. Statistics and feedback on quality issues related to materials throughout the entire process, as well as quality data during the incoming material receiving and inspection process, will be provided to relevant departments in the form of weekly and monthly reports, serving as the basis for supplier's incoming material quality control and management. 



C. Participate in process optimization of departments related to materials, participate in process optimization of logistics control links, and provide suggestions and opinions on process optimization related to material inspection in logistics. 



STEP4



Product reliability control, we have invested millions of dollars to establish our own laboratory to ensure product reliability and control product quality.
