I. Investment Targets: Provincial agents, municipal agents, and cooperative distributors
Ii. Agent Policy Requirements:
To avoid delaying the market development of Party A, Party B must meet the qualification terms of the following agency distributors:
Party B must have legal business qualifications and is required to provide copies of the legal business license, tax registration certificate, legal representative and other relevant materials.
Party B must possess the ability to develop the market and conduct brand marketing within the sales agency area, as well as a solid foundation of social relations.
Party B must have a fixed office location and necessary office facilities.
Party B must have strong financial strength and a good business reputation.
Party B must be willing to develop together with Party A and maintain a long-term strategic partnership.
Iii. Basic Policies for Agents:

| Note 1.Provincial agents are classified by provincial administrative regions, while municipal agents are classified by prefecture-level cities. 2. When there is a provincial agent, the municipal agent must supply goods directly by the provincial agent. If there is no provincial agent, the goods shall be supplied by the manufacturer. | |||||
Four Price policy
1. Agency price: The price at which Party B purchases the relevant agency products from Party A is the factory delivery price of Party A, excluding freight and insurance. This price is a unified national price. Attachment 1, "Shenzhen Xindian Technology Regional Agency Product Price List", is the regional agency price of Party A. The settlement between Party A and Party B is based on the regional agency price.
2. Selling Price: The price of the products sold by Party B to external parties. In principle, Party B shall sell the products at the retail price suggested by Party A when selling them. If the retail price suggested by Party A does not conform to the market conditions of this region and Party B needs to adjust the sales price, it shall submit a written report to Party A. Party A shall make a decision to adjust the price based on a comprehensive consideration of the uniformity requirements of the system and the market conditions of the region where Party B is located. Sell the products at the retail price suggested by Party A. If the retail price suggested by Party A does not conform to the market conditions of this region and Party B needs to adjust the sales price, it shall submit a written report to Party A. Party A shall make a decision to adjust the price based on a comprehensive consideration of the uniformity requirements of the system and the market conditions of the region where Party B is located.
3.In the event that the products entrusted by Party A for agency, prices, etc. need to be adjusted, Party A shall promptly notify Party B in writing. Once such notice is sent, it shall become an integral part of this contract.
4. Preferential Policies: In addition to enjoying the agency price of Party A, Party B can also enjoy the following preferential policies;
4.1 According to the total amount of products purchased by Party B at one time, Party A will offer Party B further discounts as per Table 1 below; In addition to the normal business profits, Party B is entitled to the regular assessment and reward provided by Party A. The assessment and reward policies will be separately determined.
